Terms & Conditions for Car Owners

1. DISCLAIMER

By using FindMeDrivers, you acknowledge and agree that the platform only facilitates connections between car owners and independent drivers. FindMeDrivers does not personally verify the driving skill, temperament, or daily behavior of the drivers. You use the platform and the services of the driver entirely at your own risk. FindMeDrivers is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, misconduct, or disputes arising from your interaction with a driver.

2. ROLE OF FindMeDrivers

FindMeDrivers, owned by 0209AI, acts strictly as a technology mediator.

• We do not employ the drivers.
• We do not monitor, control, or supervise the driver’s actions during the trip.
• Our role is limited to providing a digital marketplace to discover available independent drivers.

3. LIABILITY

FindMeDrivers is not responsible or liable for:

• Any physical damage, scratches, or mechanical failure of your vehicle.
• Theft or loss of personal belongings left in the car.
• Physical injury, medical emergencies, or loss of life of any occupant.
• Traffic violations, fines (e-challans), or legal penalties incurred during the trip.
• Any financial claims arising from the driver’s negligence or reckless driving.

4. DISPUTES WITH DRIVERS

Any issue—including but not limited to payment disputes, vehicle handling, or behavior—must be resolved directly between you and the driver. FindMeDrivers will not intervene, mediate, or take responsibility for any settlement between a car owner and a driver.

5. INSURANCE AND VEHICLE CONDITION

You (the Car Owner) represent and warrant that:

• The vehicle is in a safe, roadworthy, and legally compliant condition.
• The vehicle has valid Comprehensive Insurance as per Indian law.
• You understand that FindMeDrivers will not be responsible for any insurance claim rejections or legal issues arising from your vehicle’s lack of documentation.

6. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

FindMeDrivers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any part of these Terms.
• You engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward drivers or staff.
• You attempt to bypass the platform by requesting a driver's personal contact to book trips offline.

7. USE OF OFFERINGS

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for all actions performed under your account. You agree not to disrupt, hack, or manipulate the platform in any way.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, logos, and code on the FindMeDrivers platform are the exclusive property of 0209AI. You have no right to copy, distribute, or claim ownership over any part of the platform.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The platform may include links to third-party services (e.g., Maps or Payment Gateways). Your use of such links is governed by their respective policies, and FindMeDrivers assumes no responsibility for them.

10. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only applicable if FindMeDrivers fails to assign a driver for a confirmed booking or if there is a technical error in payment processing. All refund claims must be raised within 48 hours of the incident.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

FindMeDrivers shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government lockdowns, or systemic internet failures.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0209AI and its officers from any legal claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or any breach of these Terms.

13. JURISDICTION

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Murtizapur/Akola, Maharashtra.

14. TECHNICAL ERRORS

The platform may experience occasional malfunctions or bugs. We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.

15. ONE-WAY TRIP LOGISTICS (RETURN TRAVEL)

For "One-Way" trip bookings, the Car Owner acknowledges and agrees to pay an additional Return Logistics Fee (as displayed in the app). This fee is strictly to compensate the driver for their return journey via public transport to the city of origin. Failure to pay this is a breach of contract.

16. OWNER’S DUTY TO VERIFY DOCUMENTS

While FindMeDrivers collects [Aadhaar Redacted] and driving licenses for identification, the Car Owner is encouraged to perform a physical check of the Driver’s License and verify the person matches the profile picture in the app before handing over the car keys.

17. NO VICARIOUS LIABILITY (SAFE HARBOR)

You expressly agree that 0209AI does not exercise "Control and Supervision" over the driver as defined under Indian Tort Law. Therefore, the principle of Respondeat Superior (employer liability) does not apply to FindMeDrivers. Any liability for the driver’s actions rests solely with the drive
